The Scientific Advisory Board is to be appointed by the Steering Committee after the launch of the innovation network. Its thematic focus must be in line with that of the competence clusters. The Scientific Advisory Board is a body whose function is to advise and make recommendations. It serves as a sounding board, i.e. as a committee with specialist knowledge and expertise that provides a source of constructive criticism, thus supporting the programme and the projects, keeping them on track.
The Scientific Advisory Board will be appointed by spring 2018 and will meet with the Project Committee on a biannual basis.
